Scope Of Work
The Parker District Fire Station was designed by LS3P to meet the growing needs of the Montebello and Cherrydale communities in Greenville County, South Carolina. The fire station serves approximately 60,000 people in the county’s most populous special purpose district. The 8,000 SF, three-bay station was designed to reflect the Italian-inspired architecture of Montebello. The firefighter’s living quarters encompass five bedrooms complete with shower and lavatory facilities, an exercise room, and kitchen.
