Scope Of Work
The design of this custom six-story waterfront hotel allows many of its 148 guest rooms to overlook Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Its ballroom, restaurant, and some of its guest rooms open onto a patio leading to the lake shore and an adjacent marina.
The building obtains many of its design cues from the rich architectural heritage of Geneva.
A unique and successful aspect of Dever Architects’ design of this building is the repeated use of a “logo”, which appears in various forms throughout the property including on the façade, in the signage, in finishes, on casework, and even on the staff’s uniforms.
