Scope Of Work

Serving a coastal city in need of new hotels, the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Orange Beach is a newly constructed 116 room, 68,400 square foot limited service beach hotel. Designed according to the latest "Green Tea" prototype package, and for coastal design requirements for high winds and heavy rains, this hotel offers all of the new features that Marriott has added to the brand. The hotel design was adapted to the beach town location and community needs by adding 2 large meeting rooms, an enlarged dining area and an expansive boardwalk style pool deck around the outdoor pool & spa. Other on site amenities include a business center, an executive boardroom with a large flat screen TV, a fitness center and the signature Marriott "Market."
