Scope Of Work

Cambria Suites is a rapidly expanding brand of upscale limited service hotels. Designed around the lifestyle of the modern business traveler, sleek modern finishes, high tech amenities, and sophisticated design are all key elements to the new Cambria Suites. The Suwanee, Georgia location will be a part of the Civic Center Overlay District, in the prosperous Atlanta suburb of Gwinnett County. It will provide a luxury upscale alternative for business and leisure travelers alike. Amenities include indoor and outdoor dining, a barista bar, indoor pool, expansive fitness center, meeting rooms, and finely appointed guestrooms, all of which are suites. The hotel design is based on the new Generation 1.4 prototype standard.
