Scope Of Work
Sacramento, California’s state capital, needed to house legislative and elected officials and staff while the Capitol Annex was being completed. JWM was enlisted for design-build plumbing to round out the team of HOK architects and GC Hensel Phelps.
The 472,600-square-foot, 10-story building consists of offices and space for committee hearings, caucus and general meetings, and integrated parking.
With sustainability a main priority, this award-winning project achieved LEED Platinum, Zero Net Carbon and Zero Net Energy.
