Scope Of Work
Provided heating, ventilation and air-conditioning plus associated scope of work to all classrooms at Building B, C and D. Associated scope of work being new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, Extron systems, paint, flooring, markerboards, ADA casework improvements, ADA toilet room upgrades and path-of-travel improvements.
The existing fire alarm, intercom, clock and speaker system adjusted to accommodate the new work.
New heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment includes furnaces, condensing units, exhaust fans, cooling coils, gravity hoods, air handling units, dedicated outside air units, rooftop gas / electric units, split system indoor fan coils with outdoor heat pump units, duct furnaces and air distribution.
