Scope Of Work
1. Demolition of existing buildings 3 & 4
2. Re-routing and reconnecting of all power, low voltage, fiber, and gas services using existing underground pathways per civil drawings.
3. (1) New Approx. 70,600 SF, 3 Story, fully sprinklered, Type IIA academic building and associated site work.
New heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment includes rooftop packaged units, exhaust fans, variable refrigerant indoor and outdoor units, boilers, pumps, air separator, expansion tank, split system indoor and outdoor units, single duct variable volume terminal units (VAV), duct silencers, relief vents, and air distribution.
