Scope Of Work

• all mechanical work in corridors and units including VRF units, line sets, drain lines and low voltage controls
• replacement of all corridor light fixtures and required electrical service and circuits for new HVAC system
• new ground mounted RTU to replace existing
• all required connection including gas, electric, exhaust and plumbing for new system
• all roof, floor and wall penetration including coring, cutting, drilling and patching for water tight and fire rating
