Scope Of Work

• supply and install two make up air units on the roof with distribution ducts for hallways with controls, fire dampers and insulation                        
• supply and install pool dehumidification unit for pool                 
•  supply and install electric baseboard heaters and cabinet heaters for stairways and entrances               
•  supply and install fan coil units with ductwork and registers, condensing units located on roof                
•  supply and install VTAC units for all guest rooms                           
•  supply and install kitchen make up air unit                       
•  supply and install make up air ductwork in kitchen                       
•  black iron kitchen exhausts with exhaust fan on the roof included                       
•  vent exhaust fans to outside with exhaust louvers                      
•  vent dryer exhausts to outside                             
•  vent boilers to outside                              
•  fresh air intake with louvers for boiler room and laundry room
