Scope Of Work
For Phase I of this endeavor, The DiMarco Group contracted with the Monroe Community College Association to develop and build a 400-bed, on-campus student housing complex. Our expertise in pre-construction development allowed the feasibility studies and financing program to flow effortlessly. For Phase II the DiMarco Group again partnered with the Monroe Community College Association to develop and build a 366-bed, on-campus student housing complex. Our experience in developing the MCC Phase I Student Housing project allowed us to expedite the design and construction phases to deliver the project on schedule.
