DiMarco Constructors is proud to have assisted in the continued dramatic growth of this major Hotel Chain in Erie, PA and locally in Greece, NY. We were especially pleased to deliver both these projects ahead of schedule, meet all stringent weather delays and further enhance its relationship with another valued client. In an effort to overcome severe upstate winter weather, DiMarco Constructors prefabricated and finished the exterior EIFS panels off site to reduce cost of temporary heat and enclosures, guarantee the quality of the finished product and meet the aggressive turnover date
