Working closely with the architect, DiMarco Constructors was able to meet the very demanding schedule and budget of this important portfolio project, despite extensive site preparation and the need for costly detention ponds.
The construction team was able to competitively provide numerous luxury amenities not found in competing apartment communities. These included private front entrances, sound deadening insulation, European style kitchens and a modern clubhouse with a state of the art sauna.
With a complete offering of one, two and three bedroom apartments, Daniel’s Creek is one of the area’s most successful and affordable luxurious lifestyle communities.
