Description
This project located in Charlotte, NC was a 24,569 SF conversion of an existing building, which was divided into this new high end Fresh Market grocery store and demised adjacent tenant spaces. The project consisted of extensive demolition and structural renovation of the existing structure, complete interior upfit of the space and splitting existing services to accommodate this new Fresh Market and in-line tenant shops.
The Fresh Market operates 168 stores in 37 states and is dedicated to providing the freshest and best local ingredients. Omega Construction has completed over 30 stores for The Fresh Market and continues to be one of its preferred contractors in the Southeast
