Scope Of Work
This large scale interior and exterior renovation was part of Lowes Foods corporate rebranding campaign. Completed in just 22 weeks, modifications included major interior department changes encompassing every prep department from produce to meat & seafood. The entire 48’ tall front entrance façade was reworked in 10 weeks and included a new structural steel frame, storefront, cement board siding, standing seam metal roofing, heavy timber trusses and a simulated stone veneer. Construction crews worked day and night to allow the store to remain in operation throughout the entire renovation process.
