The International Trade Center, commonly known as GITC, is Savannah’s newest rail served light industrial and manufacturing park. When fully built, GITC will accommodate 7.2 million square feet of buildings ranging in size from 155,000 to 1,265,000 square feet. Omega is currently on-track to execute the first four buildings by Spring of 2020. Omega’s initial scope of work includes the construction of buildings 1A, 1B, 1D, 2B and approximately two miles of on-site road work and off-site DOT improvements.
