Hans R. Piechottka's Bio
During preconstruction, Mr. Piechottka will attend meetings, keep records, minutes of decisions made and items discussed. He will review drawings for workability and provide input to the scheduler. During the construction phase, he will write subcontracts, update logs, submit RFIs and CORs, check shop drawings and submittals, and attend meetings. He will coordinate with all subcontractors and material suppliers when their work is to be performed and their materials are to be delivered. He will also review job cost versus budget, monitor schedule and safety program. Mr. Piechottka is a graduate of North Carolina State University, with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Civil Engineering.
Travis Thompson's Bio
As director of operations, Travis is responsible for the growth, strategy, and profitability of the company. He deals with employee management and the overall productivity of employees. Travis also oversees research and development for the business, focusing on analytics, current productivity and looking for ways to improve.
He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, continuing his education at Georgetown University with a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development. His prior experience in construction as a superintendent and project manager allows him the ability to visit projects and immediately review the quality of work, schedule, efficiency of manpower, equipment, and safety.
