Scope Of Work
This phased renovation is being performed on a multi-level, 475-space parking garage structure designed for a high level of durability. The concrete floor decks have held up well over nearly 30 years of use, but distinct regions of top surface spalling (pot holes) have become more evident, indicating the need for intervention.
CVMNEXT Construction has overseen the initial phase of the concrete repair program, sectioning off 150 spaces at a time for repair. In addition to the repairs, CVMNEXT has established dust and traffic controls to allow the garage to remain in operation. The next step will be a more aggressive capital expenditure phase, during which multiple levels will be repaired.
