Scope Of Work
CVMNEXT performed the fit-out of a 210,000 SF warehouse space to meet the technical specifications necessary for the shipment of a variety of medical supplies, including sensitive instruments and medications. Facing a timeline of just a few months, CVMNEXT significantly altered mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural features within the space, ultimately creating new office space and installing racking systems, new sprinklers and plumbing systems.
Crucial to the project was the location of robust mechanical systems needed to comply with the regulations for storing medical supplies. To meet this need, CVMNEXT installed rooftop generators and reinforced the building’s structural system to accommodate the new load.
