Scope Of Work
Seeking to consolidate its corporate, production and administrative operations under one roof, ANRO—one of the premier full-service commercial printers in the Philadelphia area—selected CVMNEXT Construction as program manager and general contractor for an ambitious expansion and relocation project.
CVMNEXT assumed single-source responsibility for all aspects of the project. Work included site selection, architecture, engineering and construction of the alterations and additions to the building and site. Encompassing more than 145,000 SF, work included a new accessible entrance and lobby, a pedestrian bridge, warehouse addition, interior improvements and comprehensive mechanical and systems improvements integral to the demands of this new state-of-the-art facility. Completed on time and within tight budget constraints, the project was a dramatic success.
