Scope Of Work
Tocci worked with GFF Architects and Hargis Engineers to complete Land of Nod, a Crate and Barrel subsidiary, in the Natick Mall. Tocci implemented lean practices, using just in time deliveries to coordinate trade access for construction and inspection, completing the project in 8 weeks. The project was finished in time for their national “Beat the Rush” sales event in November, just before Black Friday.
