Scope Of Work
Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at SeaWorld International Center offers comfort and convenience for the entire family. Guests enjoy well-appointed studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as several swimming pools, all-ages recreation and on-site restaurants. Winter Park Construction added buildings 6-12, and pool area to this 33-acre resort.
The resort's one- and two-bedroom suites include screened balconies, spacious living and dining areas, fully-equipped kitchens, master suites with whirlpool tubs, cable TV, DVD players, and washer and dryer. There are three sprawling swimming pools, five whirlpool spas, two children's wading pools and a fabulous waterfall feature; along with a poolside bar and grill, provisions market and fresh deli, and a pizza hut express. The 33 acres of lush landscaping including a private lake with walking/jogging path, shuffleboard court, tennis courts, sports court, exercise facilities, playground, and supervised recreation programs for all ages.
The "Studios" includes one queen bed, kitchenette, cable TV with DVD player and is 400 square feet. The "One Bedroom Suites" include one king bed, one full sofa sleeper, whirlpool tub, cable TVs one with DVD player, kitchen, washer and dryer, and is 878 square feet. The "Two Bedroom Suites" includes one king bed, one queen bed, one full sofa sleeper, whirlpool tub, cable TVs including one with DVD player, kitchen, washer and dryer, and is 1,225 square feet.
