Scope Of Work
During this project, BGC | G & G worked with Fourth Street Design. The remodel included demolition of a commercial building to build a new brewery and pub. While salvaging the existing front façade and masonry walls of the old building, BGC incorporated new wood framing to complete the building envelope. Included in the project is a second story with high vaulted ceilings, to accommodate a second floor office and the height necessary for the brewing equipment
