Scope Of Work
Originally a church which appeared to be two buildings with a connecting causeway. The owner wanted to make two separate buildings to serve as separate functions, an office building for staff (A) and a training & development space (B). BGC demolished the causeway, the rear of building A and the front of building B to create a separate but visually connected entrance for both buildings. Complete interior demo, all new walls, two story reception area, all new MEP, elevators, and finishes. New façade consist of new roof, masonry, Hardie Plank, new windows & storefront. Building A - 10,020 SF - Building B - 8,070 SF
A large pavilion was added at the end of the project to support outdoor events and BBQ’s.
