Daniel S. Cook's Bio
Dan has worked full time with AlliedCook since 1992. In addition to the responsibilities of being an owner he also holds the title of Vice President of Operations. He has daily contact with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that project “issues” do not evolve into “problems.”
Dan manages field resources to provide for smooth construction operations, including labor and equipment management, planning and resource allocation. He also improved the company’s Safety Policy & Procedures guidelines and now manages it and effectively keeps our projects in compliance with OSHA safety standards.

David H. Cook's Bio
Dave has led the AlliedCook team for more than three decades. He transformed the company from a traditional general contractor into a focused, successful Construction Management firm and has become a leader in the Maine construction industry.
Dave has more than 35 years of experience in construction management and general contracting and has proven abilities in strategic planning, business management and leadership. He serves as facilitator in the planning process with clients, architects, engineers, cost estimators, jurisdictional authorities, financial institutions and others. He has successfully developed and implemented a business plan to lead the company during periods of economic slowdown while positioning it for future growth. This positioning resulted in a cohesive culture based on client service provided by a professional management team with clearly defined roles, open communication and an environment of continual improvement.

Matthew Cook's Bio
Matt has nearly 15 years of experience in construction on a variety of building types and sizes ranging up to $20 million, including both new and renovated projects for education, healthcare, commercial, housing and hospitality clients.
He takes an active role in preconstruction and construction services including client relations, contract negotiations, insurance/risk management, financial oversight and project management. With an MBA and a Master of Real Estate and Construction Management, Matt brings a unique understanding of both construction management and financial management of projects.
