Scope Of Work
Located at the intersections of Fore, Franklin and Commercial Streets, this 80,000-SF, six-story Hilton Garden Inn is situated in the historic Old Port District with views of Casco Bay and Portland’s working waterfront. The new 120-room hotel is the first building in Maine to be skinned with titanium.
The first-story, brick-and-granite base grounds the building to the site and includes a vibrant lobby, lounge, pool and fitness area. The luxury hotel also features two state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a breakfast café, banquet rooms, and a convenience mart.
