JAST is a construction management firm that has culminated out of the abundant need for a reliable and efficient conduit between the owner, designers, and builders. We efficiently establish a forward-thinking design process to bring these teams to the common goal of turning a rendering or concept into a buildable and sustainable structure. In our combined decades of experience nearing over a century, we have seen the disconnect between an owner's concept and the design team's interpretation; A necessary plethora of questions and answers are required to make these ideas, concepts, and dreams into a gold standard of modern, efficient, and sustainably responsible buildings that meet the stringent green building specs and structural elements to sustain and survive the tough elements of the seismically active area that is California. We also have a time-tested partnership with nationally recognized and licensed contractors of all classifications that are ready at any moment to deploy and make your vision a reality.
