Allende Construction is established by Enrique Allende, a civil engineer and native from Mexico City. Enrique holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in planning from U.A.S.L.P. He has more than 20 years of experience working with large design and construction companies in the United States where he manages major construction projects.
