Willow Creek Construction was contracted to bring this 1980s property to life. Triangle Park Apartments was enhanced with a complete interior and exterior clubhouse renovation including coffered ceilings, modern kitchen, plank flooring throughout, stone façade, Hardie siding, painting & landscaping.
WCC updated property signage including new entrance monument sign and building numbers, re-landscaped 10 buildings throughout the property, and successfully improved drainage in numerous locations. Amenities including a “lounge” area complete with fire pits, grilling stations and pergolas were added. A playground and dog park were also added to improve the resident’s experience.
Finally, WCC successfully completed an interior renovation program on turns to capture rent increases in the growing Durham market. Interior renovations included: updated cabinetry and countertops, appliances, flooring, lighting, plumbing fixtures, painting, & hardware.
