I am the founder and principal of Surety CFO, we are a boutique accounting firm for commercial contractors providing advanced bookkeeping, controller services and management accounting to help construction business owners grow their revenue, gross profit, net profit and net worth.

Small to mid sized commercial contractors need accurate bookkeeping and management accounting to help them grow fatser, get paid faster and qualify for surety and binding. Without having a well definednack office and accounting procedure it is practically impossible for commercial contractors to grow because unlike other indistries commericla contractors have to be compliant and accurate with AIA billing, certified payroll, month end closing and work in progress schedule and balance sheet for surety purposes. 

My mission is to help small contractors with their finances so that they can qualify to get surety bonding to bid for larger projects and help mid sized construction businesses to get a good handle of their accounting processes so they can keep up with the growth process.
