teamCIS began our professional relationship with Colliers International back in 2013 through KRW Realty Advisors, LLC. then, teamCIS has successfully performed Landlord and tenant work totaling over $15 million in contract value. the company has constructed retail and office space many of the building’s 30 floors including tenant demising, core spaces, elevators, MEP’s and corridors . CIS successfully coordinated the construction process on behalf of the landlord from demolition to final inspection and currently maintains an ongoing relationship, continuing to perform tenant improvements and upgrades.
