Scope Of Work
The Wiand Dental Lab project with Gable Family Builders is the complete renovation of existing bank conversion into fully operational dental laboratory. The scope of work includes:
- Architectural design including M,P & E engineering and permittingÂ
- Complete demolition and removal of existing bank building equipment, millwork, structural components and finishes
- Retro fitting of new underground utilitiesÂ
- Retro fitting of new underground medical gas and air lines
- Complete build out of new interior finishes
- Installation of Owner provided medical/laboratory equipment
- Demolition and removal of existing teller drive through units, canopy and undergrounds
- Parking lot expansion
