Scope Of Work

Scope

The goal of this project is to complete all structured data cabling, and install, configure, and deploy a comprehensive system integration that provides security cameras, burglary detection, access control, structured security cabling. Client training to be provided by FM once this system is fully integrated and programmed.

Comprehensive Structured Data Cabling includes the following:

* Install all IDF cabinets - we will install pole-mounted rack enclosures, modular patch panels, and keystones. The client will provide UPS and Layer 2 (minimum) PoE switches, and patch cables for each rack. IDF cabinets will be installed according to the diagram provided by CURT.

* Provide and Install up to 20 of ladder rack inside the data center and MDF rooms.

Security Cameras

* ?Integrate a network-driven, cloud-controlled camera system. The proposed system is UniFi Protect, and it enables app-based remote viewing of all your camera feeds in high-def resolution on any device, from anywhere. This includes access to your stored recordings remotely as well. Camera recordings will be stored on your network and can be easily downloaded to any device, to save them permanently.

* We will be installing a Network Video Recorder (NVR), along with 72 total IP cameras that record in 1080p and/or 4K. All proposed cameras will receive Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Burglary Detection

* Additionally, we will be implementing a scalable security system that includes a comprehensive array of security sensors.

Access Control

* The proposed access control card readers are Bluetooth compatible and will grant employee entry using their smartphones, key cards, key FOBs, etc. This system is fully customizable and will be set up to meet your organization's needs, but can always be easily reconfigured at any time to accommodate ongoing work-ow or personnel changes. Access can be controlled using many variables such as hourly, daily, or even on an event basis, at the individual user level. Each door can have individually customizable restrictions as well. This system additionally gives you the ability to automate the locking and unlocking of all the doors at a set time each day.

Warehouse Paging

* We will also install (12) SIP Horns in the warehouse to ensure complete audio coverage and intelligibility when paging. This paging system will be configured so that office staff can pickup any office phone and page the warehouse.

* The proposed SIP horns are PoE and are specifically designed for loud areas such as warehouses, manufacturing floors, and outdoor areas. The IP-based interface is compatible with most IP PBX servers that comply with the SIP RFC 3261. For non-SIP environments, the speaker can be configured to listen to a multi cast address and port number combinations to form paging zones.
