Scope Of Work
The Wharf is a 214 acre, mixed use center including mid-rise condominiums, Rave Theatre, a 10,000 seat amphitheatre, two story retail, and a marina. Project scope included all clearing, mass excavation and fill of site, excavation building pads, parking areas, installation of site utilities, paving, curbing, and striping. The work also included the construction of a 2750’ long marina sea wall and the excavation of the marina area included dredging. We also completed a $3.5 million one mile long roadway widening, topping and signalization of Highway 180 adjacent to the site.
