Scope Of Work
Parkes Construction completed the retail portion of this 214 acre, mixed use center that includes mid-rise condominiums, Rave Theatre, a 10,000 seat amphitheatre, two story retail and a marina. Project scope included approximately 240,000 SF of two story retail along a mainstreet leading to the condominium buildings.
