Based in Cherry Hill, NJ and Founded in early 2021 by Patrick DiSpirito, DiSpirito Construction is a premier construction management firm. Patrick is the President and Sole Owner of DiSpirito Construction. He brings to the table over a decade of commercial construction experience.

Patrick has touched every facet of the industry from working as foreman, to estimator and project manager for a large subcontractor and a top tier general contracting firm. His multitude of experience has given him extensive industry knowledge and strong relationships with subcontractors, material and equipment providers, and architects/engineers. Patrick believes with the proper focus on pre-planning, communication and the foresight to look ahead we will not only build your dreams but develop a long-lasting relationship.

DiSpirito Construction is skilled across many sectors of the commercial construction industry with a specialty in the Veterinarian Medicine, Grocery and Retail sectors. DiSpirito Construction is experienced in the build out and installation of the most advanced medical equipment from MRI’s to Linear Accelerators, X-ray machines and state of the art Surgery Suites. Our team is experienced in a wide range of scopes from emergency service work, alterations and remodels to ground up construction we have the knowledge, expertise and relationships to successfully accomplish any task.
