Jewelers Workshop and Retail Upgrades

This project included the design, permitting, and construction from beginning to end in a fully operational occupied high end retail store. The project included the development of a design package for a custom built to suit jewelers workshop which included a wet room with polishing and cleaning equipment, jewelers work benches with integrated vacuum systems, automated high performance industrial exhaust system, full interior renovation of existing space with new flooring, demising wall, ceiling, full lighting package with automated controls, plumbing, electrical, HVAC upgrades, paint, data, security, and A/V. This project also included upgrades to the existing vault, decorative retail lighting, custom millwork upgrades, custom showcase design/manufacturing, full landscape package with self-contained irrigation system and fully automated exterior building facade white wash lighting package.
