Doug is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He brings to El Dorado Company, Inc 20+ years of Sales, Estimating and Project Management experience with the largest demolition contractor in the industry. While there, Doug was a Senior Project Manager on major high-profile projects throughout Northern California. He was a highly sought-after problem solver and assumed leadership roles on the most difficult projects.
Doug’s experience spans a large variety of industries and sectors including hospitals; high tech; schools; high profile residential; public works; tribal casinos; malls and high-rise buildings.
Doug founded El Dorado Company, Inc in 2015. He brings leadership, vision and integrity to the company. Doug’s intellect, responsiveness and heart make him a favorite among his customers and employees alike.

Jake Snodgrass's Bio
Jake is the newest member of the El Dorado Company, Inc. team. He is a graduate of Folsom High School and earned his Eagle Scout rank in 2016. Jake brings leadership, commitment, and integrity to the company. Jake has worked in the demolition field under Curtis and is currently advancing his skills in demolition estimating and project management. Working closely with Doug, Jake is gaining exceptional decision making and problem solving skills that will expand our ability to provide optimum responsiveness to our customers for years to come.

Curtis Hess's Bio
Curtis has been working in the industry since 1986, performing and supervising all aspects of demolition. He worked at the largest concrete sawing and demolition company in America for 22 years. His experience covers a vast array of industries including hospitals; high tech industry; seismic upgrades on buildings and bridges; tenant improvements; clean and fabrication work; soft and hard demo; and concrete sawing, drilling and removal.
Curtis holds his OSHA 30 Certification. He is committed to delivering a safe and clean job site on every project. Curtis provides exceptional management and oversight of his employees. His industry knowledge, attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills will make you glad he is on your team.
Judie Smith's Bio
Judie comes from a family of demolition and safety industry experts and understands the inherent risks of demolition. Judie holds her OSHA 30 Certification and is proactive at ensuring the absolute best safety protocol is followed by our workforce.
Her responsibilities include researching and documenting best safety practices, training our team, and ensuring that the proper PPE and safety equipment is being utilized during each phase of a demolition project. She plays a crucial role in performing periodic safety audits to ensure compliance with company, state and federal regulations.
Judie’s commitment and concern for the safety of El Dorado’s team, customers and general public is above reproach. She gets the job done.
Tami Snodgrass's Bio
Tami is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agribusiness. She has past experience starting a business from the ground up and was instrumental in getting El Dorado Company, Inc ready for operation. Tami understands the rules and regulations governing our industry and applies them with precision and integrity.
Her responsibilities include contract review, obtaining insurance certificates, fleet maintenance oversite, managing Prevailing Wage paperwork, and general office management.
Her attention to detail and persistence under pressure makes her a valuable team member. If she doesn’t know the answer, you can count on her to find it!
Tracey Gillette's Bio
Tracey is a graduate of California State University, East Bay. She brings to El Dorado Company, Inc over 25 years of accounting, system implementation and management experience in the fast pace, high tech industry. Tracey has successfully navigated the challenges of starting up a new business before and is up to the task. Prior accolades include performance awards “Most Tenacious” and “Super Human”.
Tracey has been with El Dorado Company, Inc from the beginning and continues to learn the demolition industry from the inside out. Tracey’s organizational, multi-tasking and management skills are valued by the entire team.
