Julia joins AbbyBank with over 8 years of banking experience in the Greater Appleton area. She brings knowledge and experience that will be a great resource to our customers. Julia shares the same passion for community growth and success as all of us here at AbbyBank. She will graduate from Fox Valley Technical College with an Associates in Business Management. She is involved in Junior Achievement and is a 4H Leader.
Julia is passionate about people! She enjoys actively engaging with customers to uncover needs and connect those needs with solutions.
Peggy Hardt's Bio
Peggy has over 35 years in loan and business banking experience and is valued for the knowledge and understanding of current trends for various industries. She builds relationships with every customer to learn more about their current financial needs to develop a future business plan to reach their strategic goals. One of Peggy's greatest passions is giving back to her community. She has been involved with several organizations throughout her career.

Adam Rekau's Bio
Adam joins AbbyBank with 15 years of banking experience working with clients in many industries. Some of those include; manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and transportation. He is passionate about being active in supporting business development and growth to include; serving on the Central Wisconsin Economic Development Fund Board, board member for the Merrill Area Development Corporation, and board member for the City of Merrill Community Development. He was also the past President for the Rotary Club and former board member for the Performing Arts Foundation.
James Kilsdonk's Bio
James is a VP / Commercial Loan Officer in our Appleton office. He is a 15-year veteran of the banking industry, five of which are in commercial lending. Prior to AbbyBank, James was the market president at Old National Bank. He comes to AbbyBank with a degree in marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. He also was the 2019 Future 15 Young Professional award recipient; a 2019 Leadership Fox Cities graduate and received the 2021 NWTC Distinguished Alumni Award.
James is extremely philanthropic as he is currently a board member for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Wisconsin. He is the treasurer for the Fox Cares Foundation and a board member for the Fox Cities Pulse Young Professionals. James also volunteers for the American Cancer Society, United Way Fox Cities, and St. Joseph Food Program.

When a business is successful, that means jobs, food on family tables, and a stimulated local economy, which is very rewarding for me," states James.
When James isn't working, you will find him golfing, playing sports, and being a dad. He's also an avid motorcycle, auto and racing enthusiast.
John Seal 's Bio
John comes to AbbyBank with 30 years of knowledge in the community banking industry. He feels strongly about the personal approach a community bank can provide. John has been helping customers find their dream homes and helping them start, expand, or grow their business in the Medford area. John believes in a consultative approach to building lasting relationships and enjoys fully understanding a client's needs and opportunities to achieve their goals.
Phil Pesanka's Bio
Phil has been in the banking industry for over 19 years, with nearly all of those years with the AbbyBank family. While working in the banking industry, Phil graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Business Degree. Phil supports the small business lending, home building and real estate industries by continually being involved in events with the Wausau Area Builder Association, Junior Achievement and the South Area Business Association.
Shawn Sukup's Bio
Shawn Sukup joins AbbyBank as Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer at the Wausau location. Shawn joins the AbbyBank team with 22 years in the financial services industry. He is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a Business Management degree. Shawn’s broad range of industry experience allows him to build strong relationships with his customers by providing exceptional service and understanding their financial needs.
Todd Brokl's Bio
Todd has been in the banking industry for 17 years, with 14 years in commercial lending all in the Fox Cities Community. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, from Concordia University-Wisconsin, and completed his Commercial Lending Certification Program while he worked at US Bank-Appleton.
Todd takes the time to learn your business and provide you with the financial support to help grow your business, while also developing a long-term banking relationship. Todd works with customers in various industries like; commercial real estate developer and investors, manufacturing, health care, professional services, hotel and retail.
He currently sits on the City of Appleton's Redevelopment Authority, a past Rotarian-Appleton Downtown Rotary Club and volunteers his time coaching his son and daughter's sports teams. When Todd isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors; hiking, camping, boating, fishing, or hunting.
