Scope Of Work
Our tasks for this project was site cleanup and restoration which included mowing, asphalt repair, stump and brush removal, C&D disposal, and minor demolition. The biggest challenge was coordinating activity with the other trades and demolition contractor. There were a lot of moving pieces. As a small company, we were able to work our schedule around the other contractors and accomplish our tasks in synch with the larger efforts.
