Scope Of Work
- Complete final grade on roughly 265,000 square feet.
- Deliver 900 yds of black dirt.
- Level and Harley raking 900 yds of topsoil.
- Install of 3oz landscape fabric, black plastic edging, and 1.5” river rock 3’ out all the way around both new parking lots, new office building, and employee break room.
- Install 3oz landscape fabric and 1.5” river rock from back side of fence running parallel to curb.
- Install black plastic edging, 3oz landscaping fabric, and 1.5” river rock on in inside corners of east side of fence to make for easier mowing.
- Install oval shaped rock bed around telephone pole and guy wire to the north of office building.
-Installation of 30,000 square yards of sod.
