Scope Of Work
Acting as project managers, Alliance is overseeing the 21-year renovation per Marriott Requirements.
Exterior updates to include a reimaged façade and all new paint, decorative lighting, graphics, & signage. Interior public spaces require an expanded breakfast area, upgrading Architectural Woodwork Cabinets, Finishes such as wall covering, wall panels ,tiles, along with updated interior furniture, lighting , & case goods. All guest rooms and bathrooms need installation of various items such as accent wall coverings, Kitchen Cabinets ,counter tops, doors, showers along with furnishing upgrades.
Once completed in 2020, this SpringHill Suites will utilize a contemporary style with clean lines, wood accents, and a warm neutral color palette.
