Scope Of Work
This hotel was initially constructed in 2009 as a Comfort Suites but the owners had switched it to a Best Western Plus with limited service in 2014.
Starting in November 2019, our team gave this property a much-needed renovation. The exterior was completely re-imagined with updated materials and exterior paint. The inside lobby and public spaces were updated with a neutral gray palette with pops of royal blue and topped with sleek, modern styled furnishings.
Our team was able to breathe new life into this 11-year-old 3-story hotel building.
