Our Story

When Don Shepherd started his insulation company in 1966, he received his insulation shipments by rail from Rockwool. Started to supplement Don's income while working at the local steel mill, Shepherd's Insulation has endured to become one of the oldest locally owned businesses in the area. Shepherd's Insulation is known today for our punctuality, professionalism, and personal service, all attributed to the ideals that Don Shepherd had in mind.
