Scope Of Work

This state-of-the-art conference and fitness center will provide needed activity, training and gathering spaces to U-HAUL headquarters and its thousands of employees. Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, this 52,000 SF facility will include an indoor gymnasium with a premium wood floor, a high-end presentation video/audio system for large public events, an elevated running track, a fully functional performance training center with free weights, cardio and functional fitness equipment, spin & aerobic classrooms, teaching and meeting spaces, a kitchen and a full health clinic.
