Scope Of Work
New Construction - Consists of 288 for rent apartments in three 4-story wood framed buildings in conjunction with four garden style buildings with apartments. The project also consists of a single story, wood framed clubhouse at the cnter of the property. Indoor amenities consist of a full service clubhouse with gym, media room and clubroom. Outdoor amenities consist of a resort style pool, yoga lawn and activity garden.
