Scope Of Work
V. J. Environmental & Construction was retained by to conduct a Phase I ESA in conformance with the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities the scope limitations of ASTM Standard Practice E1527-13 and the EPA Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (40 CFR Part 312) for the educational K-12 property in Dekalb County, GA. Services included lead-based paint testing and asbestos testing. In addition, V. J. Environmental & Construction provided contract janitorial services as well.
