Scope Of Work
V. J. Environmental & Construction, LLC conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) in general accordance with the scope of work limitations set forth by the client for the Chick-fil-A fast food restaurant located at 5375 U.S. Highway 280 (US-280), Birmingham, Alabama 35242. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is designed to provide SRS National Net Lease Group (SRS) with an assessment concerning environmental conditions (limited to those issues identified in the report), as they exist at the Property. This assessment was conducted utilizing generally accepted ESA industry standards in general accordance with ASTM Standard E1527-13, Standard Practice for Environmental Site
