Jason Martin is a Managing Member of Island Roofing. Jason has held both a Florida general contractor’s license and roofing contractor’s license since 2006. Since joining the construction industry in 1996, he and his long-time business partner and twin brother Joshua, have developed a comprehensive skillset working in commercial and residential framing in Texas, roofing and restoration in Florida, Texas and Oklahoma, energy conservation in New York, and FEMA contracting in Florida, Texas and Louisiana. Jason and his wife have been married for 20 years and they love spending time together with their three boys.

Joshua E. Martin, also a Managing Member of Island Roofing, has excelled in the construction industry for 25 years. In addition to all the experience he shares with his twin brother and long-time business partner Jason, Joshua is also a Florida licensed general contractor with additional experience in trim carpentry, custom cabinetry, asbestos removal, thermography, and water and fire restoration. He is a Certified Level One Thermographer and an IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician. Joshua enjoys spending time with his four children and wife of 18 years.

Andrew Wieczorek is the Service Manager at Island Roofing and Sheet Metal. Andrew moved to Florida after graduating from Ferris State University with a Major in Marketing and as a Class A PGA Golf Professional. He brings years of experience in the service industry from Marriott where he served as a PGA Golf Professional and tournament coordinator. Andrew also has 5 years of combined roofing experience in production, service and sales. As Service Manager he thrives on leading his team to perform and exceed clients’ expectations. Andrew lives in Naples with his wife and two daughters.

Jeff Spencer is the Director of Commercial Projects and oversees the Commercial division. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in History from the University of Florida with a minor in classical studies. He has over 15 years experience in the roofing and distribution industries, all in Southwest Florida. Jeff is a past Treasurer and the current Vice-President of the Southwest Florida Roofing Contractors Association. He lives in Naples with his wife Alexia.

T.J. Boone is the Marketing Director and assists the business development team. Prior to Island Roofing, T.J. served as a Regional Sales Director with Gannett/USA Today Network in Naples, FL. T.J. holds a degree in Business Administration from Auburn University. He is a past president of the South Collier YMCA Board of Directors and board member of the American Cancer Society in Marco Island. T.J. is a licensed sUAS (drone) pilot and certified Level 1 Thermographer. T.J. lives in Naples with his wife and daughter.

Norine is an entrepreneur and successful business owner with an award-winning, profitable track record in global business settings with a background in start-ups. Currently, she is the Finance Director for Island Roofing & Restoration, Naples, FL, managing finance, tax, and compliance.

Norine is the former founder, CEO, and COO of Alpha Source, Inc., Milwaukee, WI, a medical device manufacturer, and national field service repair operation. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors.

Norine has over 40 years’ experience with strong expertise in general management, financial management, quality systems and business strategy.

Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with BA in Mass Communication, MBA, and JD from Marquette University. Member of University of Wisconsin Business Advisory Council for Lubar Business School, Member of Zonta International and Treasurer of Zonta Club of Naples, Member of Board of Directors for Layer One Media, Inc, a digital marketing agency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Married with 2 children, living in Bonita Springs, FL

Brandon grew up in central Kansas, doing lots of carpentry and handyman work. He loves learning, exercising, and trying to improve. Brandon’s passion for music led him to become a teacher at the collegiate level, as well as performing throughout the US and parts of Canada, including Carnegie Hall! Brandon holds multiple certifications including Haag Certified Inspector - Residential Roofs Haag Certified Inspector - Commercial Roofs Pursuing License as Insurance Adjuster Master of Music - Percussion Performance - Arizona State University Bachelor of Music - Jazz Studies - Rowan University Bachelor of Arts - Music - Rowan University Associate in Arts - General Studies - Hutchinson Community College. Brandon lives in Naples with his wife and are expecting their first child.

Lisa Waskiewicz is the Human Resource Specialist at Island Roofing. She is an accomplished Human Resources professional who strives to create a positive atmosphere and build constructive relationships between employees and Human Resources. Lisa and her family relocated to Southwest Florida from Baltimore several years ago. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Loyola University and a SHRM-CP (Society Human Resource Management - Certified Professional) Certification.

Scott Ewens is a 27-year roofing veteran locally here in Southwest Florida. Scott has worked within every aspect of the business which enables him to share his vast experience. Scott has been involved in multiple community projects such as Habitat for Humanity and Wounded Warrior Project. Scott met his wife of 30 years while attending Louisiana State University and they have 2 sons. Scott is TEAM oriented and strives to lead TEAMS to achieve their prospective goals in any capacity. He enjoys anything that is done as a family and keeps that as his core for everything knowing that family is the ultimate TEAM.
