Scope Of Work
GAPA team members negotiated the claim and got funds approved for structure restoration and renovation following sustained flood damage. Prior to restoration services, the restaurant had to be dried-out to mitigate/avert further damage. Water removal services included multiple 2-foot flood cuts made at incremental segments followed by an anti-microbial treatment to prevent mold growth. Services rendered included: • Debris Removal • Tile/Flooring removal and replacement • Patching/texturing of drywall • Interior structure painting • Replacement damaged electronic equipment and fixtures The restaurant was restored to pre-loss construction on-time and on-budget with no safety incidents.
