A retired drill sergeant and intelligence analyst from the US military (for 22 years), Joe is the founder of our company. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. As the manager of our business, Joe has helped us be recognized for completing projects within scheduled times and budgets. He makes quality and workmanship the top priority for every project.

Joe is very active in the community. Not only is he a volunteer coach at the local recreation center, but he is also a mentor with African American Male Initiative for Guilford County Schools. In his spare time, he enjoys serving at his church. He also likes to build muscle cars and participate in drag racing.

Michael earned his B.S. in Construction Technology & Management, with a Minor in Business, at Appalachian State University. He has over 17 years of experience in project management, estimating, and sales and supervisory experience in the commercial, residential, and highway construction industry. Michael oversees daily operations, budgets, and timeline efficiency on multiple projects for ASJ Wilson Construction. Michael is passionate about the value of exceptional quality and has high regards for safety as ASJ Wilson Construction’s Safety Officer.

Michael enjoys spending time with his 2 daughters, Bethany (17) and Ellie (12), family & friends, sporting events, and serving in his church.

Cynthia received her bachelor's degree in banking and finance from John C. Smith University. Before working with ASJ Wilson Construction LLC, she worked in the banking and investment industry for 14 years. Since joining our team, Cynthia oversees payroll as well as both accounts payable and receivable. She is also responsible for the month- and year-end procedures and compiling financial statements.

In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys serving in several ministries at church, traveling, spending time with her family. She also shows support for breast cancer by walking in the Women's-Only 5K Walk.
